These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AutoDiag AI, an AI-powered automotive repair diagnosis platform operated by Go Green Paperless Initiative ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AutoDiag AI provides AI-powered automotive diagnostic tools including OBD-II data analysis, diagnostic trouble code (DTC) lookup, conversational AI diagnosis, predictive maintenance analytics, and parts sourcing for OBD-II compliant vehicles (1996 and newer).

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• One person or entity per account unless on a Shop or Enterprise plan

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days notice
• Refunds are available within 14 days of initial purchase
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
• We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, and other supported gateways

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Resell or redistribute diagnostic data or reports without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• Use the platform to diagnose vehicles you do not own or have authorization to service

5. Diagnostic Disclaimer

AutoDiag AI provides diagnostic suggestions and recommendations, not definitive repair orders.

• AI-generated diagnoses are suggestions based on available data and should be verified by a qualified technician
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any diagnosis
• Always follow manufacturer repair procedures and safety guidelines
• We are not responsible for damages resulting from repairs performed based on our suggestions
• OBD-II data accuracy depends on your vehicle sensors and adapter hardware

6. Parts Sourcing

Parts pricing, availability, and fitment information is provided by third-party suppliers. We do not guarantee accuracy of supplier data. Verify fitment before purchasing. We are not a parts seller and do not process parts transactions directly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and branding are owned by Go Green Paperless Initiative. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. You retain ownership of your vehicle data and diagnostic history.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of AutoDiag AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. API Access

Shop and Enterprise plans include API access subject to:

• Rate limits as specified in your plan
• API keys must be kept confidential
• We reserve the right to revoke access for abuse
• API documentation is provided as-is

10. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. Offline features continue to function without internet connectivity.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Green Paperless Initiative shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or vehicle damage arising from your use of AutoDiag AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
